These Terms govern the conditions of use for the services provided by EmoSnap (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App does not require user registration or login. All data is managed directly on your device. In the event of misuse, the developer will take appropriate action.
The App provides functionality to record emotions (emoji and text) alongside photos. Some features may require a paid subscription.
Fees for paid features are as shown in the App and on the App Store. Payment is processed through the App Store. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's policies.
The Emo+ subscription is auto-renewable. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew under the same terms. You can cancel at any time via the App Store Subscriptions settings.
The following are prohibited: activities that violate laws or regulations, activities that violate public order and morals, and activities that infringe on the rights of others.
Copyrights in content included in the App (designs, text, etc.) belong to the developer or the respective rights holders. Users retain copyright in photos and notes they create, but grant the App a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content to the extent necessary to provide the service.
The App does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
The developer may change or discontinue the service without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
